Aloura Luxe Return Policy
We want you to love your Aloura Luxe purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within
15 days of delivery for a refund.
Returns
• Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Returns must be approved by Aloura Luxe before being shipped back.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Aloura Luxe does not provide prepaid return labels.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Brief description of the issue
We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
• Custom or personalized items
• Limited-edition or made-to-order products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Blankets that have been washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Refunds are issued
only after the item has been received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
